Custom sizes and shapes

Through our new cut-to-size and shape solution, contractors and specialist tilers have access to a comprehensive, cost-effective porcelain slab cutting, shaping and profiling service.

From simple irregular sized slabs or mitred cladding, Tailor-made⁺ provides the solution. Rectangular, triangular or any multi-sided polygon can be specified and there are no limitations regarding the dimensions or shape. If the project requires custom cladding for support pillars or a fireplace surround, or irregular shapes for a bespoke floor design, this cut-to-size solution will save you time, reduce your risk and ensure a perfect result every time.

Accurate 45° mitred joints

Accurate custom-cut pieces are cut using the latest generation, high-performance Flow Mach 200 Waterjet cutting machines. As standard these are supplied with an unfinished edge, while 45° mitred edges can also be specified at no additional cost for mitre joints and 3D cladding.

Cost-effective Solution

Cost is calculated from the material cost plus your cutting cost, which is priced per linear metre. Everything arrives pre-cut with no requirement to mitre or cut large slabs onsite. It is quicker, more efficient and with reduced risk.
