Our cut-to-size capabilities enable precise specification across every staircase element including steps, treads, nosing, risers, and handrails, for both internal and external applications.

All staircase components are manufactured in our UK facility to exact project dimensions, supported by full onsite laser templating to guarantee accurate fitment and eliminate installation risk. Steps are available in 6mm, 12mm, and 20mm thicknesses with matching risers, skirting, and wall tiles for complete material continuity. External steps utilise 20mm Grip finish formats, with anti-slip groove configurations and pre-installed LED channel options available for both internal and external applications.

Both cladded treads and profile edge steps can be specified across projects of any scale, from single split-level steps to complete stairwell installations. Our UK manufacturing ensures reliable lead times and complete programme confidence, with expert technical support available throughout every stage of the specification and installation process.

Tailor-made⁺ offers eleven precision-crafted nosing profiles for internal and external staircase applications, accommodating diverse aesthetic and functional requirements across commercial and residential projects. From classic Bullnose and Double Bevelled profiles to sophisticated Mitred Apron configurations with shadow gap or integrated LED channel options, each profile is fabricated to exacting standards. Anti-slip groove configurations are available across all profiles suitable for external and high-traffic applications.
